Shipping Policy

At Ruby Lasers & Lighting, we aim to deliver our products to our esteemed customers in the most prompt and effective manner. The delivery method is contingent upon the nature and volume of the products in your order.

  • Shipping Zones: Ruby Lasers & Lighting provides shipping services throughout Australia and New Zealand only. 

  • Shipping Charges: The shipping costs are assessed during the checkout process based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

  • Delivery Timeframe: Upon the processing of your order, the delivery period varies from next day delivery to a maximum of 10 business days, depending on your location and the delivery method. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation along with tracking information. Please contact us prior to placing the order if you require the express freight option.

  • Out-of-Stock Items: In the event an item is unavailable at the time of your order, we will notify you and initiate the refund for the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

  • Delays: While we endeavour to deliver within the stipulated times, we bear no responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control. We will, however, do our utmost to keep you informed of any potential delay.

  • Damaged Items in Transit: If the packaging appears damaged upon delivery, please contact us immediately at enquiries@rubylaser.com.au or if you prefer to speak to us call 02 9550 4767.
