Refund Policy

At Ruby Lasers & Lighting, we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please inform us. Our refund policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), and applies to tangible products purchased from www.rubylasers.com.au.

  • Change of Mind: Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind under any circumstances.

  • Faulty or Damaged Products: If you have received a faulty or damaged product, please inform us within 7 days of delivery. Photographic proof of the damage may be requested. Upon assessment, we will repair or replace the item in accordance with the ACL. We do not offer refunds in these circumstances.

  • Process for Returns: To initiate a return, please contact us at                                                            with your order number, the item/s you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
